  • Proposed Architectural Drawings relevant to the project (Floor Plans, Elevations, Sections, Location Plan, Site Plans)

  • Detailed Planning Statement/Design and Access Statment Report.

  • Block Plan and an Ordnance Survey Map to Scale

  • Applications forms, Notification letters, CIL Questions​.
